Inquiry Committee into St Ann’s Well Café

This Committee was set up by the Conservator’s Board in December 2011 in order to bring clarity to the events and issues concerned, and to learn from them.

Terms of Reference:

Part i) To inquire into the events surrounding the renewal of the St Ann’s Well Cafe lease due for renewal in 2010 and subsequent events leading up to the formation of this Inquiry Committee on the 1^st December 2011.

Part ii) That the Inquiry Committee make recommendations

a) arising from the findings of Part i) (above)

b) to ensure a more effective governance model for this Board.

Nature of the Inquiry

In order for it to be fair and transparent, the Inquiry is an open process with public meetings and documents being available for inspection. Meetings are advertised in the usual manner and documents will be made available on this web site.
