Closing date approaches for Conservation Officer applications

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Malvern Hills Trust in conserving one of Britain’s most iconic landscapes – the Malvern Hills and Commons. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of conservation tasks both desk-based and hands-on out in the field.

Job opportunity - Conservation Officer
Salary £20,661 to £22,658 pro rata.
Permanent, part-time post 3 days per week.

The Malvern Hills Trust is a statutory body and also a registered charity. We protect and manage over 1200 hectares of the Malvern Hills landscape and have been doing so since we were established in 1884.

The Conservation Officer will assist with conservation and land management tasks to help deliver our Land Management Plan 2017-2021. This is complex and challenging work with a need to balance the needs of visitors, wildlife, cultural heritage, commoners all in a complex and multi-designated landscape.
