Weakening bracken growth to protect the acid grassland which is a nationally important habitat.

Park at Hollybush car park, A438, HR8 1ET.  Take the B4208 south from Welland village to Rye Cross, then turn west onto the A438 towards Ledbury.  At the brow of the hill, look out for MHT signs.  North Quarry car park, North Malvern Road, WR14 4LT.  Please note that there is a steep 30 minute walk to a steep work area.

Conservation days are held between 10am and 4pm but you are welcome to come and go at any point between these times.  Tools and friendly guidance is given at the start of the day.  Refreshments are provided, although you may wish to bring lunch.

Please wear clothing suitable for practical work and changeable weather plus sturdy boots.

Children under the age of 18 and vulnerable adults must be accompanied by an adult.
