“The House of Lords has now started the select committee hearing for the Malvern Hills Bill. We are aware that there is likely to be a lot of public comment.
“Whilst the hearing is ongoing we have been advised that it is not appropriate for us to comment, given the quasi-judicial nature of the proceedings.”
