On agenda item 5 Appointment of Auditors for the year 2022/23 this meeting was adjourned. A new date of the 1st December to reconvene has been announced for the appointment of auditors. Please note the new venue of the Gryphon Room, Malvern College for the December meeting.
It is at this meeting when the accounts are approved and the auditors are appointed for the next year.
The statement of accounts to be presented at the meeting are now available. A paper copy of the accounts can be obtained free of charge by any levy payer from Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
Due to Covid-19 precautions, any member of the public wishing to attend the meeting in person is requested to notify Mrs L Parish at the Trust’s offices or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for details of the arrangements.
