This meeting has been postponed.  It is anticipated that the next Land Management Committee meeting is held on the 14th October 2021. 

This committee makes recommendations to the Board in relation to:

  • The Land Management Plan
  • The land management budget
  • Policies in relation to management of MHT land
  • Non routine decisions on wayleaves, tenancies and licences and easements
  • Maintenance and replacement of land management vehicles and equipment

Temporary arrangements during Covid-19 restrictions

 

In the course of its lifting lockdown restrictions, the Government has not renewed the legislation permitting meetings to be held online.  Whilst some of the rules and advice on indoor meetings, track and trace and social distancing remain in place it will be difficult in practice for the Trust to hold face to face meetings.

The Trust proposes to suspend Board and some committee meetings until after 19th July when it is anticipated that a number of the restrictions will be lifted but will keep the matter under review and further information will be provided in due course.

Please note that our meeting agendas will be added prior to upcoming meetings.  Meeting minutes are signed off at Board meetings therefore some minutes may only be available as draft.
