We're a small charity, quietly caring for the wild, open landscape of the Malvern Hills and Commons.
We do this so visitors can feel free and connected, and so nature can thrive.
Not just today, but for generations to come.
We're a small charity, quietly caring for the wild, open landscape of the Malvern Hills and Commons.
We do this so visitors can feel free and connected, and so nature can thrive.
Not just today, but for generations to come.
Since 1884, we’ve looked after more than 3,000 acres of open grassland and ancient woodland.
We operate behind the scenes - keeping your paths walkable, your views open and the Hills and Commons safe for everyone to enjoy.
We’re a registered charity. If you'd like to know more about how we’re governed, you’ll find it here.
Our team of less than 30 people keep this place cared for, day in and day out.
From rangers to volunteers, conservation to field teams, we’re hands-on.
It's a lot of work, but it’s work that matters to us.
The rangers are here to keep everyone who enjoys the Hills safe.
They protect the land, keep it tidy, manage car parks, work with volunteers.
Two days are never the same.
The field team play an important role in keeping the landscape we enjoy looking beautiful.
Felling dangerous trees, mowing grass, fixing fencing - the role is diverse, challenging but rewarding.
Our Conservation team works to protect and enhance the natural life of the Hills.
They care for endangered species, remove invasive plants, and help rare habitats thrive.
Our volunteers - including 29 trustees - put their love for the Hills into action.
They generously give their time to support conservation efforts, guide strategy and support with a range of projects.
