We'd like to thank everyone who took part in our consultation on proposals to bring the Trust into the 21st century (from 22nd May to 22nd July 2024).

The trustees have now carefully reviewed all the consultation responses.  The report of overall findings and the results and outcomes can be viewed using the link below.  The full text responses submitted via the consultation are also available to view.

Following this review, at its Special Meeting on 17 October 2024, the Board voted to proceed with lodging a Private Bill in Parliament in November 2024. 

The Malvern Hills Bill was deposited in Parliament on 27th November 2024. The Malvern Hills Bill is now available to view on the UK Parliament websiteA copy of the accompanying Northern Map and Southern Map are also available.

A hard copy of the Bill and accompanying maps (Northern Map and Southern Map) will be available to view from the 4th December between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays) at the Malvern Hills Trust offices on Grange Road, Malvern WR14 3EY.  For those who want one, a hard copy will also be available to purchase from the 4th December at the Malvern Hills Trust offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays).  The price will be £3.50 plus £1.00 for the accompanying maps.

Thank you to everyone who attended our five drop in sessions.  We were delighted to welcome more than 300 people to these events and had many some highly constructive and informative conversations.
