Our concessionary Resident’s Passes for the Malvern Hills car parks are available to purchase.
Residents within the town of Malvern and the parishes of Colwall, Guarlford, Malvern Wells, Mathon and West Malvern who pay the levy to the Trust on their council tax bill, are entitled to a concessionary parking pass at £5.70 each. The new passes will be valid from 1st June 2020 to 31st May 2021.
Our office will remain closed to the public for the time being to ensure the safety of both the public and our staff. We are not aware of any plans for either Malvern or Colwall libraries to re-open, so facilities for buying residents’ parking passes for the Hills are not currently available at either location.
Passes cost £5.70 each plus £1.00 for postage and administration and a maximum of three passes are available per household.
Annual passes
For those living outside the levy paying area and are not eligible for the concessionary passes, an Annual Pass is available to purchase.
Following the reopening of the Malvern Hills Trust car parks, Annual car park passes can now be purchase from the Trust over the phone or by post. Passes cost £38.00 (£14.50 for a second vehicle at the same household) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
