We have many enthusiastic volunteers who help in many different ways to keep the Hills and Commons special. We thank all our existing volunteers for all their efforts in their local patch and out across the Hills and Commons.
We're excited to announce a number of new volunteering opportunities to help us with our additional conservation work and we'd love to hear from you if you have suitable skills or expertise that would help us with these projects. As a volunteer we're grateful for any time you can offer us and we have volunteers who come to every task and others who join us a couple of times a year.
Take a look at some of the volunteer roles we offer below and please contact us if you'd like to get involved.
- Social media storytelling: help gather inspiring stories from across the Hills and Commons for our online engagement (must have own phone and camera)
- Dog campaign: assist with the planning and research for planned dog campaign, including surveys, activities and events
- Memorial bench survey: assessing the condition of existing benches and mapping locations for new placements (GIS experience useful)
New opportunities will be advertised on social media, on our latest news pages and on the volunteer pages here. Please get in touch with us at info@malvernhills.org.uk for further information.
