Building skills in the field: LANTRA tractor training
Continuing professional training is an important part of keeping our field staff safe, skilled and confident in their work. Recently, the whole team took part in a three-day LANTRA Tractor Driving Course, developing their practical skills and knowledge across a wide range of tasks.
The course covered safe tractor operation, use of bucket and grab attachments, vehicle maintenance, and working with additional equipment including the winch and mowers. The hands-on training helps ensure machinery is used efficiently and safely when working across the Malvern Hills and Commons.
The team all passed with flying colours of course!
