Applications are now open for ice cream and mobile refreshment concessions on the Malvern Hills and Commons from 1st April 2026.
If you'd like to provide visitors to the Malvern Hills and Commons with refreshments then please download and fill in the below application form. Please either send in your completed application form by email to reception via reception@malvernhills.org.uk or post your application to Finance Officer, Malvern Hills Trust, Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3EY and mark the envelope with "confidential". Copies of the application form can be collected from the MHT office (please call 01684 892002 to arrange).
Successful applicants will hold licences for 12 months from 1st April 2026.
