Our car parks are now closed and the purchase of both Residents’ and Annual passes has been suspended.
MHT Resident’s Car Park Passes
These are currently available for purchase from Malvern Library and Colwall LibraryLibraries are currently open as usual. Should this change the Libraries will update customers via their website, social media and Communication team.

Please ensure you have your current Council Tax Bill available.
If you have not been able to purchase your new Resident’s Car Park Pass for 20/21 do not worry – the Malvern Hills Trust has extended the life of the current year’s (orange) passes from 31st March to 31st May 2020.
Annual Car Park Pass
Annual Passes are available to those living outside the levy paying area. Cost for passes valid from 1st April 2020 is £38.00 for one with an additional pass at the same address £14.50.
